Follow Social Security Commissioner O’Malley on Social Media

We’re excited to share that our Commissioner’s Office has expanded its presence on social media!  

You can follow Commissioner O’Malley @OMalleySSA on X, and on his new Facebook page.  The Office of the Commissioner is also on LinkedIn.  These accounts provide even more important Social Security news, plus timely updates about our efforts to improve customer service, update our policies, and implement big changes to better serve you.  

In addition to following these Commissioner’s Office accounts, there are other ways for you to stay connected with us on social media: 

1. Follow our main accounts on Facebook in English and Spanish and share our posts with your family and friends. 
2. Watch and share our videos on YouTube and subscribe. This includes helpful “how to” videos that make it easier to learn about our online services, applying for benefits, avoiding scams, and more. We also offer some videos in Spanish and other languages.  
3. Join our many followers on X and follow us at @SocialSecurity and @SeguroSocial. We often use X to announce new online services and other services and program improvements.
